tonies® Day

At Kunstpalast the Tonies are taking over! Together with Rhino-Nele and her friends, children aged 4 and up will discover artworks from the Kunstpalast collection. With a Toniebox in hand, they set off on an exciting audio tour. Please note the audio tour for children is only available in German.
You can join a variety of workshops, where children can get creative.

The Tonie will be there too: in the exhibition “The Secret Power of Scents”, you can meet the life-size character in person.

PROGRAMME

11 am-5 pm – Rhino Tour with Toniebox (collection point at the ticket desk on the ground floor)
Borrow the Toniebox free of charge at the ticket office. Rhino Nele takes you on a discovery tour and tells you stories about many works of art.

11 am-5.30 pm Black Coffee – Coffee on Wheels (1st basement floor)
The Black Coffee Bike invites you to take a delightful break – with coffee, cocoa and small treats for young and old alike.

11:30am-5:00 pm – Open Studios (Belvedere and Palaststudio, 2nd floor)
Children can invent stories, paint tonie figures, and create their own small artworks in open workshops.

12:00 am-4:00 pm – Wheel of Fortune (ERGO foyer, 1st floor)
Spin the wheel and win great prizes. Good luck!


The Rhino tour with the Toniebox as well as the workshop activities are free of charge.
