In a peaceful atmosphere, we will stroll through the rooms together and gain insights into one of Germany’s most important private collections.
Many of the works on display have never been seen by the public before. You can expect to see a selection of around 180 works of French art from the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as contemporary international art. These include outstanding paintings by Paul Cézanne, Claude Monet, Pierre Bonnard, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse and Katharina Grosse.
We will learn about the stories and artworks of the selected artists. You are also welcome to share your own memories with us. We look forward to hearing your stories and impressions and to sharing this journey with you!

Die einzigartige Künstlerin Yasmin Levy kehrt im Rahmen ihrer Deutschland-Tour zurück vor das deutsche Publikum. Nach den viel beachteten Konzerten im vergangenen Jahr in Berlin und Hamburg setzt sich die Tour mit Auftritten in Frankfurt und Düsseldorf fort.
 
Yasmin Levy ist bekannt für ihren kraftvollen und emotionalen musikalischen Ausdruck, in dem sich mediterranes Lebensgefühl, Flamenco und moderne Arrangements auf natürliche Weise verbinden. In Düsseldorf wird sie mit ihrer neuen Band auftreten und dabei mit frischer Energie ein besonderes Konzerterlebnis präsentieren.
 
Das Publikum darf sich auf einige ihrer bekanntesten Songs freuen, darunter „La Alegría“, „Adio Kerida“ und „Una Noche Más“, sowie auf einen besonderen Moment des Abends – „Caruso“live, eine Interpretation von außergewöhnlicher emotionaler Tiefe.

Night at the museum: The artworks come to life. Once a month, the Kunstpalast opens its doors after opening hours, but the lights stay off! We explore the exhibition together with flashlights that you may borrow or bring from home. During the tour, we not only encounter the classic four elements, but also look into the vision of the fifth.

How does a two-dimensional idea become a three-dimensional object? The workshop covers everything from drawing and materials to initial models. Together, we will explore ways of creatively combining form, surface, and space.
