Please note that this tour will be given in German.

In this guided tour for blind or visually impaired people, we take you on a journey through the exhibition with exciting stories and tactile experiences of selected objects.

You will discover the extensive body of work by Jörg Immendorff. By the end of the 20th century, he was hailed internationally as one of the most influential German artists of his generation. Around 100 objects – including major painting cycles, wood and bronze sculptures, and previously unseen drawings and archive material – chart the breadth of his practice. The exhibition will be the first full retrospective in Düsseldorf, where Immendorff studied, taught and worked for decades.
