Open-Air Yoga in the Ehrenhof – Presented by VALEARA Centers for Psychiatry, Neurology, and Psychotherapy
When a summer evening combines exercise, music, and a special setting, the result is a unique experience. In the Ehrenhof courtyard in front of the Kunstpalast, VALEARA invites you to an atmospheric open-air yoga session. On the lawns beside the fountain, Ehrenhof’s impressive architecture provides the setting for an evening filled with peace, lightness, and relaxation.
A flowing Vinyasa yoga session creates space to breathe deeply and find your center. Accompanied by the warm, meditative sounds of a live handpan and harp, an atmosphere is created that brings body and mind into harmony and lets you experience summer at its finest.
The event combines movement, nature, and music into a special group experience right in the heart of the city. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to yoga, the evening offers the chance to leave everyday life behind and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Ehrenhof in an extraordinary setting.

Yoga improves mental health
Yoga is much more than just physical exercise. This ancient practice, dating back thousands of years, combines breathing, mindfulness, and flowing movements into a holistic experience that strengthens both body and mind. Especially in an increasingly fast-paced world, yoga creates conscious moments of calm, encourages inner balance, and can provide lasting support for mental well-being.
As a company with a special focus on mental health, VALEARA is partnering with the Kunstpalast to develop programs that inspire and bring together health, culture, and community. The open-air yoga session in the Ehrenhof provides an extraordinary setting to experience the positive effects of movement, mindfulness, and music against the beautiful backdrop of the Ehrenhof.
