In this series of workshops, we use brushes, squeegees and printing techniques to approach various painting techniques and create our own works.
The dates can be booked individually.
The informal artist Karl-Otto Götz worked with squeegees instead of brushes. Götz used brushes of different sizes to apply ink to canvases that had previously been covered with paste, only to quickly fling it away again with a rubber squeegee. In this way, he created a certain effect on the surface. Gerhard Richter, his pupil, on the other hand, worked very slowly and in layers to create spatial effects. We will try out both in this workshop.
