Please note: The workshop will be held in German.
The Scharf Collection ranges from 19th and 20th century French art to contemporary international works. Highlights include pieces by Paul Cézanne, Claude Monet, Pierre Bonnard, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse and Katharina Grosse.
We draw on this diversity in our series of workshops for adults, taking inspiration from the exhibition. Once a month, we focus on a particular artistic technique or motif and get creative ourselves.
In June, the focus is on printing techniques. The collection includes prints by Goya, Japanese woodblock prints and almost the entire graphic oeuvre of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. We learn the basics and design our own prints on paper.
